Come join me for a cup of yoga soup! Ahh, but what is ’yoga soup’, you ask? Well, it’s a humble serving of life wisdom from my soul to yours, with the intention of bettering your life experience. Simply put, I draw upon a vast collection of experiences, self improvement books, seminars and audio workshops, then pass this knowlege along to you in an entertaining yet thought provoking article. When I find something worthy of attention, I offer it to my readers, students and clients in hopes that it will serve the higher good of all.
